We are Ron and Michele, an Australian couple from Perth who have decided not to wait until we retire to travel the world but get out there and embrace life while we are still young (well youngish) and blog our experieinces.
After our children left home we spent three years travelling by motorcycle around Europe we headed home in February 2017 but this is not the end but the beginning of a new lifestyle.
Our Legging It blog will still cover our travels in a diary style but we will be sharing information on many different things, minimal living, tips on places to visit, local festivals and also some collaborations with other bloggers to show you some things you were not aware of.
We hope our Legging It inspires you to step out of your comfort zone and do something different to live the life you dream about, take that trip, start that University Degree, declutter that room or just take five minutes a day to read the book you have wanted to read.
We will beย embracing a lifestyle ofย ย less things more experiences…join us to see where the journey takes us.
Thanks for being part of the journey.
Great to see you leading the way for others to follow.
We are trying ๐
What a cool story! I very much look forward to joining along.
Wow how amazing I am going to love reading your story! And follow your adventures
Glad to have you along ๐
This is so interesting and I would like to publish your link in our newsletter. I am a member of the Women’s International Motorcycle Association Great Britain or WIMAGB. We are bikers of all ages, types of bike and come from all over the world. I’m sure many of our overseas friends would like to follow your journey. I will simply give the blog address and let individuals contact you as they please – if that is OK? I wish you all the luck in the world and look forward to hearing more.
That would be fine Denise, thank you for popping in
Thumbs up!! We used to host coachsurfers before we started our trip as well and it is really a great way to start to travel “virtually” as you collect info about culture, geography and much more through the interactions with guests. All the best for you, Michele and Ron ๐
Wishing you 2 an AMAZING adenture!
I am enjoying your posts, getting some ideas for our own travels! ๐
Glad we are being some help

That’s so great! I see you’ve done a lot in a year!
I have just discovered your blog and love it and love the love you have for travel and each other.
It was interesting to read about Croatia in the winter as that would be when I would be travelling there in 2017 along with Greece. I am looking forward to reading about your adventures there.
I love your packing list. How do you manage with so little?
I was thinking I had to travel with less on my next adventure, but…….
I find jeans are a must, just for the warmth, I know there is a lot said about them taking so long to dry but to be honest I hardly ever wash mine when I’m at home, so they just work for me.
I’ve bookmarked your blog.
Safe travels.
Rhonda
